On Thanksgiving Day, as an outreach ministry, some of us have invited international students from Wesleyan University to gather for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.  These consist of Chinese students and students from other countries who may not have anywhere else to go on Thanksgiving.  After the dinner, we seek to teach them the story of the Pilgrims and why this holiday is so special.  This presentation has been adapted from a similar presentation put together by my seminary roommate, Bob Lawton, who has devoted his life to working with international students.  To see this presentation, check out the link give below:
