Call up to the platform an individual from different age groups. The easiest way to do this is to ask one person to come up for each decade.  For example:

Ask someone to come up who was born in the 2020's.

Ask someone to come up who was born in the 2010's.

Ask someone to come up who was born in the 2000's.

Ask someone to come up who was born in the 1990's.

Ask someone to come up who was born in the 1980's.

Ask someone to come up who was born in the 1970's.

Ask someone to come up who was born in the 1960's.

Ask someone to come up who was born in the 1950's.

Ask someone to come up who was born in the 1940's.

Ask someone to come up who was born in the 1930's.

etc.

It's best to have them stand from the youngest to the oldest. The congregation can see all ofr these representatives of each decade. As you view these different generations, you can see that some changes have taken place (growth, aging, etc.). How thankful we are that although we change through the years, our God never changes!

Once these people are all assembled on the platform, remind them that some of them have gone through some very difficult times: wars, economic crises, presidential assassinations, pandemics, etc. "But in spite of all these difficulties along the way, I have good news for every one of you!"

Ps:119:90: Thy faithfulness is unto all generations.

God is faithful to every generation. And no matter who you are and no matter when you were born, God is faithful to you, and you can count on Him.

Ps:100:5: For the LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endureth to all generations.

God’s truth is for all generations. No matter what generation you are part of, the Bible is for you. God’s truth is for you. In a very unstable world we have something that is very stable, God’s truth.

Remember, those standing up here represent all of you out there in the congregation. We all should remember that God is faithful to us, and to all generations, and God has given us His Word. His truth is for all generations!
